250 high quality en-suite bedrooms

This is a constrained site on the edge of Edinburgh's famous Meadows and to meet the client's deadlines, we used a volumetric solution. Combined bedroom and shower room units were delivered and craned into place.

Built off a single storey podium deck, this method also has the advantage of delivering consistently high factory standards throughout the project.

These high standards extended to the external finishes, which included zinc cladding and natural stone. The project also features an eco-friendly "growing" roof.
