Stewart Milne Group and Kier Construction have announced

that they have successfully concluded a transaction that will enable Kier Construction to develop and expand it's business into the North of Scotland. The new division, named Kier Milne, will be based in Aberdeen and headed up by Bill Imlach, formely Stewart Milne Contruction's Managing Director.
