This was one of several projects we carried out for the development arm of the Ashley Group Ltd.

The building was designed specifically for the tenant, and we were involved in discussions to choose the build method and resolve issues related to the site, programme etc.

The building extends to 3,570sqm and is divided into three main sections housing a major engineering workshop, a two-storey office area and a series of specialist workshops and test facilities. Extensive yard and parking areas are also provided.

We succeeded in delivering the project to the client’s very tight programme and also incorporated many of the tenant's specialist requirements, such as a significant test tank and area for radio active materials and components.
