Part of Aberdeen's thriving Beach Leisure Complex, our completed Miami Beach development provides a range of Bar and Dining options as well as corporate meeting and entertainment areas. It’s linked to existing entertainment areas and accommodates a 'white-knuckle' ride at roof level, plus – behind the scenes – kitchens, storage and management facilities.

Given the site restrictions, phased development was necessary. Throughout, public safety and security were major issues, in particular as the site could only be accessed through other areas of the Leisure Complex.

We successfully delivered the project on time, ensuring the facility was open in time for local and national holidays and the high season.
