This prestigious development in the heart of Aberdeen's business community involved demolition, shell retention and significant new build to provide quality office space extending to over 3,000m².

The development included two existing granite 'villas', one of which was demolished and the shell rebuilt. The outer walls of the second were retained and a new steel frame installed and in both cases, new steel framed extensions were constructed.

The design and workmanship led to the winning of Civic Trust awards while the development also proved to be extremely marketable. Our early involvement ensured that these qualities could be delivered in a practical, cost effective manner.
