Stewart Milne Construction are experienced in specifying and constructing developments with the goal of securing a high standard of BREEAM. Having lead this approach within Stewart Milne Developments projects, we have a detailed knowledge of the effects impacts and results of design, specification and construction alternatives. Similar attention is now being given to the implementation of Energy Performance Certificates. The Group invests heavily in research and development and are a market leader and award winners, in the development of sustainable buildings and methods. Our sites monitor energy and water usage and we are developing the most appropriate waste management polices and procedures for all projects.
