We established a working relationship with this specialist developer in 2002, and have since have carried out numerous projects – all of which have been on a negotiated design & build basis.

The buildings normally accommodate one or more medical practices, and also a wide range of related facilities including dentistry, pharmacy, social work, podiatry and ambulance services. It’s therefore been necessary for us to work with the designers to understand all these requirements and bring them together in an appropriate working relationship housed in a functional and cost-effective building, which also welcomes patients and fits into its locality.

Most have been new builds, but the Queens Road Medical Group has been housed in a Victorian building in Aberdeen's west end with a significant new build extension. The Lochore Medical Centre in Fife has also been re-developed and extended, while a refit of an existing space was required at Forestgrove Aberdeen.

Given the success of projects to-date and this working relationship, further projects are in the pipeline.
