Phase 1 of this development was secured following a design & build tender process and included district heating and other sustainable features in a ‘home-zone’ layout. After successfully delivering these 57 homes, we moved to the next phase of 70 high spec houses but utilising a PPC 2000 form of contract.
This procurement method allows all members of the team to contribute to achieving these objectives – an opportunity which our management pro-actively grasps. |
