Following the tender process, we met the client team to discuss key aspects of the project – principally the adjacent main line railway and the programme. The latter was critical, as the client had already secured agreement with major tenants such as Halfords, Argos, Homebase and Currys.

Work was carried out over winter months and extensive work on steel and cladding continued throughout this period to allow service trades to follow on.

This major development of 8,900 sqm is fully let, and a significant boost to the population of this satellite town.
