We have commenced work on a further phase of redevelopment of the Kydd Building Dundee for University of Abertay, Dundee.

The programme of summer works worth £3 million, follows Stewart Milne Construction’s successful delivery of a project to redevelop areas and install new facades last year.

Working with Archial Architects, the company will redevelop and refurbish two levels of the building to provide new cellular and open plan office accommodation as well as additional lecture space.

A new gable structure incorporating a lift shaft will also be added and will further enhance the external appearance. Meanwhile the main entrance reception area is also being upgraded.
