We’ve been involved in social housing since the 1970s, and work with several Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) in Scotland. It’s a key sector for us, one we care strongly about.

Commissions have come via various routes – from traditional tender, through design and build and Planning Gain agreements to partnering and volume procurement. 

We seek early involvement wherever possible, and work with clients to devise appropriate solutions.

Where we can, we combine our expertise with that of our sister divisions, in particular Stewart Milne Timber Systems and our R&D Team.

Projects we’ve worked on have included specific elements addressing environmental, cost in use and MMC issues. We have also worked with clients to deliver projects through innovative procurement initiatives and are currently involved in several Framework Agreements with RSLs.
